Check out this help center article to learn how to become Great Buddies with your buddyWe're 1.5 hours into event and no gifts from buddy (I'm great friends with mine, my partner is best friends with theirs). On Abra day we were consistently getting about 50 balls every half hour which made playing at home with incense possible without running out of balls.Has anyone else been experiencing this?End of event update: I ended up getting gifts approximately every half hour from 2:48PM. My partner got 0 gifts the whole event.Both L40 players, I was walking Great Buddy Lucario, partner walking Best buddy shiny Mewtwo.We ended up leaving the house 3 times to stock up on balls, and lost about an hour of play time spinning like mad or checking Reddit. The fact incense spawns are more aggro then normal spawns compounded the issue. What should have been a quiet event playing from home with incense ended up quite stressful. The issue is seemingly randomly affecting.players: some weren't impacted at all, others started receiving gifts during the event, others missed out completely.The same issue was observed during the Abra CD. I hope the next community day supporting play at home has the root cause identified and resolved.
