"Shiny Hunting"

My 4 year old is currently playing my sword game, collecting stuff in the wild area. After a bit, he tells me that he saw a sparkly pokemon. Since he thinks every weather effect is a shiny, I'm not too worried yet. The pokemon apparently had no arms, and stripes on its tummy, so ok, probably a wooper, there was a few in the area.
