"What is the most underrated Pokémon for you?"

For me, it’s Raticate. I feel like it gets a lot of hate because his design is not the best, but the super and hyper dang combo is really good in my opinion. I’m not talking about competitive, I’m talking about the Pokémon in general. From its stats to design to backstory to emotional attachment.
