"With remote raiding available now, gym lobbies should now show a countdown in the lobby to indicate how much time is left before the battle begins so you can tell if you’ll safely be able to join the people inside."

#PokemonGO: Edit: Quick mock-upof what it could look like...I saw a Darkrai raid with 9 people inside, burned my pass only to see an empty lobby with a full countdown timer. Waited around, but nobody else joined and the raid timed out.The current raid lobby was designed for people physically being at a location where you can yell out if there’s time to join a raid group. Now, with remote raiding, there’s no indication of how long a group has been inside without burning a pass to see.The raid lobby interface needs to adapt to support remote raiders better. Before burning a pass, players should be able to see:a group countdown timer in the lobbyhow many remote raiders are in the lobby/totalThe remote raid passes are a start, but the existing UI needs to grow to meet the needs of remote raiders better. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2Yqgjfe
