"A guide to underleveled Pokemon."

Hello All,I recently completed a quest to catch every possible underleveled Pokemon. An underleveled pokemon is a that is obtained at a lower level than it evolves naturally. An example that most people are familiar with are the low level kakuna and metapod that often inhabit early game areas at less than level 7, their natural evolution level. It look me about several months to complete this goal. Some people I've spoken to have expressed interest in undertaking this challenge, so I've typed up a guide to collecting every possible underleveled Pokemon. I intend to keep this guide updated as new games and DLC are released. To give you a small preview, I'll list what I believe to be the 10 hardest pokemon to obtain.Level 1 Gyarados in B2W2 through bubble spots at the nature preserve (1/10000 unboosted)Level 25 Magcargo in FRLG through rock smash at Mt ember (1/1100)Level 11 Kadabra/Flaafy/Drifblim in SM and USUM through pokepelago (Difficult to quantify)Level 3 Pidgeot in LGPE through flying (1/1080)Level 15 Seismitoad in BW through bubble spots near route 8 (1/720)Level 20 Lumineon in DP though fishing (1/620)Level 9 Salamence and level 26 Toucannon in USUM through SOS (1/400)If you notice an errors, omissions, or have any suggestions.
