"Issues since Gym Rework (Australian "Beta Testing")"

#PokemonGO: So we've now had the gym rework for a few weeks and It's brought out the worst in people and Niantic really should ditch it. In our region, Mystic have basically taken ownership of every gym in the area. If you take it down, it will be mystic again within 30 minutes. And this isn't a small area, this is the entire of the suburb of Cranbourne in Melbourne, Victoria.It's gotten so bad, that many instinct players I know have switched teams to Mystic so they can get gym coins (yes, silly I know for a feature that's in testing). Mystic players are actively trying to pursuade others to change teams to Mystic and telling them that's the only way they will get coins. (Also silly because if everyone is Mystic who will knock them from gyms)Even though I'm instinct myself, I've been ok as I travel outside the area a lot for work, but I hear the complaints from many others in the community.Just wanted to raise the issues so hopefully someone at Niantic will see this prior to it being pushed worldwide, and don't even get me started on nearly every day having a "win a raid" as a requirement for the 5 daily coins when we are still being told by our government officials to not leave home unless you have to leave home. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/3h64m5q
