If this isn’t a wake up call, I don’t know what would be. Pokémon isn’t a dead franchise by any means, it’s just in a stagnant phase.We fans KNOW how great Pokémon can be. We remember the moment we chose our first ever starter, beat our first champion, captured a legendary or shiny, won a link battle against our friends/siblings, etc. Pokémon has been an integral part of us growing up but the games haven’t evolved (pun I know) with the fandom.We aren’t asking for a game with all 8 regions and 890 Pokémon, we just want Gamefreak & The Pokémon Company to care as much as we do :) I hope that Pokémon can really blow us away with the next Mainline Game or Remake.
