"More and more remote raid issues"

#PokemonGO: As with many people, I've been having more and more remote raid issues. The usual issue is that it partially freezes when we win the battle (it's not actually frozen, but the cp doesn't go down and it just sits there). I have to kill the app and go back in, but I'm always able to go back into the raid section and attempt to capture it.However, a new issue popped up the past few days (and has happened once to me and once to my daughter), where near the end of the battle (just a little cp remaining on the bar but over 90 seconds to go), we suddenly get kicked out to the home screen (at first it looked like we were the only people still battling, then it kicked us out). In these instances when we went back to the raid section there was nothing there.I contacted niantic via the app to ask for a replacement remote raid pass and 6 (or more) max revives (to replace the ones we'd have to use), and they said that they couldn't give us any more items as they had already done so in the past. I wrote back saying this was unacceptable (as of course it's not our fault their app glitches, and we pay a lot of actual money for items, including remote raid passes), but haven't heard back yet.Has anyone had success with getting multiple free items from Niantic each time a glitch items like this? via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/3aG95bc
