"Is there a way to change the Pokemon Go app language WITHOUT changing the phone language settings? (Android)"

#PokemonGO: I live for several years in England but I come from Germany. I use all my phones, systems, etc in English simply because its just easier and more streamlined and I nowadays prefer the language. I dont really use or watch anything in German.But... Yeah you see it coming. I grew up with Pokemon in German and actually prefer the German names of them. The Pokemon series is the only game series I actually play in German because I want the German names of the Pokemon. Well. This works fine with the main games on the Nintendo devices since you can set up the language at each game start but this doesnt work in Pokemon Go because it seems to go after the phone language settings, which is really bad design in my opinion.When the game launched I was like, "yeah, they will add it later, whatever". But now here we are 4 years later and they didnt... Does nobody need this feature except me? I dont set my phone to German just for this so I lived with English all these years.But I was wondering if there are tools that can "fake" the region language setting to German for the Pokemon Go app?
