"Is anyone else's weather just completely opposite to what it actually is?"

#PokemonGO: Been trying to get boosted raikous and suicunes and the weather on my app is just completely wrong. It is actually working in my favour as the game claims it's raining when it's really not so I dont get wet :) Anyway just wondering if anyone else has the same problem.
