"Level 47/49 research tasks"

#PokemonGO: Hey guys!Just trying to plan ahead for all the level tasks (earning platinum medals before I need them, practicing raids/rocket battles with low level teams, etc).​I'm looking at the "Obtain 50 Lucky pokemon in trades" research for level 49. Is this to obtain them AT level 48 (pre-49) or can it be before? So if I have 30 lucky pokemon then turn level 48 will I only need 20 more or will I have to actually get 50 of them while I'm level 48?​Similarly with level 47 research "Power up 3 pokemon to their max CP". So if I power up 2 pokemon to level 50 before I reach level 46 (pre-47), will I only need 1 more or will I have to do all 3 AT level 46? In which case I should level them up to level 49.5 and wait?​I ask these questions because things like "earn x gold/platinum medals" for various level tasks, can be done in advance and will auto complete as soon as you level up.​Thank you in advance and let me know if anything doesn't make sense!!​Edit: Think I've added potential spoiler so people who are waiting till the levels don't get anything spoiled!!
