I think phione needs a buff because it is weak, so a mega evolution bumping it to 600 or 620 bst would be cool. Manaphy has 600 bst (pretty sure) so if it gets a mega I wouldn’t really care, but I think a mega would be fitting for phione.View Poll via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3jCf6uh
