"Favorite Classic Rival"

Like with champions, I will be dividing these rivals into two categories, classic and modern. When I say classic I mean anything that came out before Gen 5 and the 2010s, as the Black and White games to me symbolize the franchise going in a new direction. My personal favorites are Silver and Wally. Wally's story is really sad yet heartwarming and empowering. His team is also great, especially his ace, Mega Gallade. Silver's story is also tragic, informing his actions and tying him deeply into the series's history as he is the son of the original boss of Team Rocket, Giovanni.View Poll via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/fKAJOPB
