"Collecting reports on Pokedex scaling bug possibly being fixed"

#PokemonGO: Seeing a few reports here popping up in quick succession that the Pokedex IV bug has been fixed. See here, here, and here.It's important to note that the bug never meant it was impossible to find low pokedex #s with high attack IVs or high pokedex#s with low attack IVs, just that it was very very unlikely. There have always been outliers. Add to that the bug seemed to sometimes apply to the HP IV rather than the Attack IV and we've got a recipe for confusion.That said, since there are multiple reports more or less back to back, might be worth collecting them in one place to start investigating whether something has indeed changed.Edit: Given the timing, possibly also connected to these reports:1) Odd bug: Different people getting entirely different pokemon2) PSA: movesets may no longer be the same for all people catching the same pokemon.
