#PokemonGO: If you encounter a level 10 gym at 50,000 take the prestige down to 44,500 prestige before taking the gym down all the way. Similar to beating the first defender in a 6000 prestige gym and running, this method will let you fight the top defender 1 less time than if you were to beat the whole gym roster each time through. This method 70 battles to take the gym over while the traditional will take 68 (I have not found a way to reduce the number of battles necessary). This method will require you to enter the gym 12 times while the traditional method will take 11 entrances.I know this tip is pretty asinine but hopefully someone finds this useful when they encounter a level 10 gym with weak beginning defenders. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2eb7nEt
