"4 vs 1 and we still lost the prestige battle..."

#PokemonGO: This prestige system so stupidly broken. So three of my buddies and I build up a gym to level 9.5. Some guy shows up and starts fighting it. So we were like, well theres four of us, we can defend our gym. And to our amazement, we get our asses kicked. The ONE guy was taking the gym down faster then us FOUR trying to prestige it. On paper you would think four people could defend a gym vs one person, but in practice its much harder. We went at it for about 15 minutes and each time we would finish fighting the prestige was lower (about lvl 7 at the 15m mark). It got to a point were we thought it was a waste of time and not fun at all, so we just gave up. Fix the damn prestige system, make it a 1:1 ratio!EDIT: Just adding more details (copied/paste) All four of us fought the bottom pokemon and ran away. 3 of us were getting 500 prestige, the other one was getting 333 (he didnt have an optimal pokemon for the bottom one). However, after running away we had to scrolled down pick our 6 pokemon and fight again. That took a bit longer than expected. So the four of us were getting 1833 prestige for the bottom pokemon and running away, while the attacker was getting 1000 for the bottom pokemon. So yah, you would think we would win. But theres more stuff to it, our battles were a bit longer and we had to use <50% CP pokemon and we had to carefully select 6 pokemons lower than the bottom one. While the attacker just got whatever strong pokemon he had (he would still get 1k per poke no matter what). We were surprised, really thought we would win. via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2fud4Nx
