"Problems with the apple watch (May be a common asked question)"

#PokemonGO: Hello!I got an apple watch and first couple of days it went smoothly without any troubles. Since today if i start an workout after about 5 minutes the app just tells me to open pokemon go on my phone but it does nothing?After i waited for a couple of minutes the app was closed en not tracking any distance. Even all the progress from my character is gone. When closing the app and opening it up again after half a minute I can see the progress of my character again.So the real question is what to do when it just tells you to open pokemon go on your iphone?
