"Has anyone else noticed a lack of rare 'mons during incense and lure usage?"

#PokemonGO: I've done this 3 times in this past week and all 3 times I'm getting the same frequent 'mons you find everywhere. Nothing special or rare like before gen 2 updated. I'm finding it a waste of time using incense and lures concurrently.Edit: also, is anyone else getting more 10k eggs or is it just me? Do they still have the egg algorithm which spawns certain eggs depending on which ones you have in incubators?
