"No evolutionary items."

#PokemonGO: I have spun well over 1,000 pokestops since the update, but still have not received a single evolutionary item. If the drop rate per item is .0015, and as a conservative estimate I have received 3000 items, the probability of getting 0 EV items is very slim. On the other hand my dad has been playing far less frequently than I have, but has gotten 7 EV ITEMS.
