"My Egg storage is now filled with event 2KM eggs. Should I use the disposable incubators on them?"

#PokemonGO: Since playing the game, I've followed the rule of using the infinite incubator on 2KM eggs so as not to waste the disposable incubators.I really find the incubators expensive since pokecoins are hard to come by when I can't hold gyms for a longer period of time.
