"Reminder: Pokemon GO Pokemon Models Are From XY/ORAS/SM Models"

#PokemonGO: I know most of you know this, but I just want to review you guys about where the attack animations come from. It should be quite easy to understand.Let's take Archeops as an example (because it's, in my opinion, the best Pokemon 6th/7th Gen model animation.) Here are the standard animations in the main series games:Idle: http://ift.tt/2oBlULY Attack/Certain Status Moves: http://ift.tt/2oDKwW6 Attack: http://ift.tt/2oBwmDn can view your Pokemon's special attack in Pokemon GO either by viewing it doing certain "special" attacks in gym battles or by simply tapping it in the menu. You can view a Pokemon doing a physical attack by it "attacking" you in a wild encounter, powering it up, or having it use certain "physical" attacks in gym battles. There are some animations you'll never find in Pokemon GO. Just take a look at a Vaporeon doing a status move (at least, I think. Forgive me if I'm wrong.)http://ift.tt/2oDTvGx are also unique move animations given to some Pokemon that you'll never find in Pokemon GO, such as Dragonite's and Pikachu's.Pikachu's Quick Attack: http://ift.tt/2oB89wJ: http://ift.tt/2oDS9fi yeah. I hope this helps you guys to understand more about Pokemon models. (can't do a good outro. :P) via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2nSkEqz
