"Eevee's are relatively common, yet I haven't found a good one since last year."

#PokemonGO: I don't know whether it's a glitch or just an underlying problem, but I haven't found a high IV Eevee since late 2016. It's weird because Eevee's are relatively common in my area.I desperately want to get a better Umbreon / Espeon (I ended up waiting for ages before finally giving up and evolving a pair of low IV / low CP Eevee's just for the dex entry).Has anyone else been having the same issue? via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2vU2IPP
