"Great throws currently might be better than Excellents because of the curveball bug"
#PokemonGO: I can hit Raikou with an excellent throw over 95% of the time. However, I've been having a really tough time catching the beast.I set my target circle quite small, and I seemingly hit the lower left quadrant most of the time, spinning clockwise. What I recently realized is that there's a good chance most of my throws are not registering as curveballs.Looking at this chart, Great Curveballs offer a higher catch probability than Excellent Straight throws. My current thinking is I can place a great throw into an upper quadrant to better my chances at gaining the curveball bonus, it will give me a better overall catch rate if my excellent throws are in fact not registering as curves. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2f0NeD4
