"How can Niantic fix the “extreme weather” issue?"

#PokemonGO: Right now my local area has a snowfall warning up for Tuesday (it’s currently Sunday). We aren’t getting that much snow, and reading the weather alert just says to be careful driving. Where I live we have warnings up practically all winter saying to be careful driving, be aware of the cold etc.Do you guys think Niantic will fix this issue? There are a ton of players losing spawns because of this, especially those in Southern California who are getting warnings for wild fires which are very far away from them.Personally I feel like if anything they should just have a warning pop up saying that there is a local alert, but don’t drastically reduce spawns.
