"Niantic was no help, can someone help my gf log in. Strange occurrence."

#PokemonGO: Hi, I know this is not a technical support area, but I do find most of the people here to be in the know about things like this. My gf has a samsung s8, she reported a player for harassment the other day and ever since has not been able to log in through her google account on her phone. She contacted niantic and did all the steps they suggested, including reinstalling, clearing cache, etc etc..The strange thing is, she can log in just fine on other people's phones , and I can log in on my account on her phone. But she can't log in on her own phone. It always just shows the little swirly thing in the middle of the screen and eventualy says " cannot authenticate".Has anyone encountered anything like this?
