"Which Pokemon would benefit the most from the Gen 7 stat updates?"

#PokemonGO: If I'm not wrong, the stat buffs many Pokemon got in Gen 7 haven't been put into Pokemon Go yet, right? Or have they only been implemented for the Gen 3 Pokemon?I'm wondering if Pokemon like Mantine, Magcargo, Exeggutor, and others would become much more useful in the meta.
