"Eevee's Community Day has laid bare the difficulty in collecting shinies while staying far enough under the 1500 storage cap to play"

#PokemonGO: Since the first and only time Niantic increased the Pokemon storage cap, we have seen a massive amount of shinies released in the game - particularly as part of Community Day events, where the great majority of players will be able to find multiple shinies in a single day. Given that shinies are difficult to obtain outside Community Days, it's understandable that players would want to hold on to them, and this is making it significantly harder to stay far under the 1500 storage cap as time passes.During Eevee's double Community Day this weekend, my friends and I constantly had to stop and run through our most recent catches and delete enough Pokemon to keep playing for the duration of another Star Piece + Incense + Lucky Egg. And to make matters worse, the fact that Eevee has so many evolutions means you'll need to hold on to quite a few shinies to collect the entire family - which is also exacerbated by the randomness of trying to get Vaporeon, Flareon, and Jolteon. This doesn't even begin to address the extra storage I've needed to reserve so that I can save things to trade to my friends the next time I see them, which I'm sure will soon include extra copies of shiny Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon for the people who weren't fortunate enough to get them.I think that, at a bare minimum, storage should've been raised to 2000 when trading was released.
