"Am I loitering?"

#PokemonGO: I'm sure most of us players run the same routes around the same time of the day. My route is around 11pm and I like to stop at a nice cluster spawn of around 15-20 mons on a single house. The issue is I live in a residential area and this is right outside of someone's house. After running the same route and stopping at the same house, they finally approached my car and immediately questioned what I was doing. I shamelessly showed them the game on my phone but they didn't quite understand. This was then followed with statements like "you're acting rather suspicious" and "you match the descrition of a previous robbery suspect". I am just a typical college student playing my silly game at night. Finally they played the "code 4 is on the way, we better not see you here again" card and so I left.Now the problem is I don't believe I'm breaking any laws, and because of this I would like to keep stopping at this same house for my usual 2 or 3 minutes. Has anyone else had this same experience with just one or two players? I understand raid groups causing issues, but never a car parked on the street.Tldr: I stop and play at the same spot for 1-2 minutes during the night for a cluster spawn, which was followed with threats of "acting suspicious".
