"We have a lot of troubles with fighting in Gyms"

#PokemonGO: Since a few days we encounter more and more gym network errors and bugs. As soon as a 2nd Person joins, the players are getting stuck in the gym. The attack animation shows all the time from the outside and even when they get out of the gym, when a 3rd person enters the gym battle, the other 2 are still in the battle, and if that person get's out too and a 4th person tries to battle, the other 3 are still in there. Also if you re-enter the battle you automatically get back to the fight you've been kicked out, even when that Pokemon was kicked out by someone else already and doesn't even exist anymore.
