"Open note to Niantic and The Pokemon Company (TPC)"

#PokemonGO: Hello! I've generally enjoyed playing Pokemon GO, but the events of the past day concerning the Sinnoh Stone have been extremely disheartening.I cashed in last week's seven day reward only hours before the Sinnoh Stone was announced. So I had to wait a whole 'nother week to get one. Then I was set to get another one today on Wednesday November 28th, but ya'll have made the seemingly random now. This is beyond frustrating, it smacks of being arrogant and uncaring for no reason.Niantic and TPC, this doesn't encourage me to spend money on PoGO, nor does it make Let's Go interesting in any way.Random changes are...ok, but setting expectations like this and then destroying them makes you seem extremely untrustworthy. This is isn't a negative feeling because I played the game wrong or lost a competition based on known rules, it's a negative feeling towards y'all as company because I played the game according to the rules and you went and changed them with zero warning or communication.I want to play this game and continue enjoying it as I have in the past, but your actions and lack of communication are making this difficult. This isn't entertaining or fun. Please stop randomly changing the rules and game-play with no head-ups or communication. Thanks for listening. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2FM5tbY
