#PokemonGO: I caught a shiny Cyndaquil right as the special bonus window ended. It didn’t stay shiny.For the uninitiated, this typically happens during community days. Because of the dynamic shiny rate, anything clicked on during the event but caught after will not retain its shiny status. This is because the shiny rate reverts from 1/24ish to 1/450ish. There may be a chance it doesn’t revert but I haven’t heard of any such cases.The fact that that happened during this special bonus window implies it also had an increased shiny rate.
