"December 2019 Rebalance - Raid Meta Analysis [GamePress]"

#PokemonGO: Article LinkThis article covers the update of the rebalance on gyms and, mostly, the raid meta. A separate PvP article is forthcoming.Highlights:Aura Sphere Lucario is good. Like, really, really good. RIP Machamp. Conkeldurr will be DOA. (Okay, they're still good, but Lucario is better.)Excadrill is still the top Ground-type in terms of DPS, but Groudon, Rhyperior, and Garchomp are still good, and Landorus-T will be better. Earthquake got a much-needed buff and isn't terrible anymore, but it's still a bit worse than Earth Power. Mud-Slap is actually good. And you can actually use your Ground-types against Fire and Rock now!TM your Kyogre to Surf for slightly better DPS and a much better user experience. It doesn't quite overtake Kingler in DPS, but it's still probably the better investment. If you're a fool and have maxed Hex Gengar like me, you can TM those to Shadow Claw now. Don't TM away Lick, though.DB/DC Dragonite isn't really better for raids, but DC might be preferred for attacking and defending gyms because it's fast. Some cool upgrades for PokeDraft, most notably Ice Fang on Feraligatr Flamethrower on Heatran.Check out all the changes here: https://ift.tt/2LKJDG8 via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2PFvbk7
