"Groudon breakpoint&bulkpoints in ML"

#PokemonGO: Somebody asked me to calculate this, so I thought I can also share it here.Breakpoint for Mud ShotYou know, Mud Shot is not for damage. Nevertheless I calculated it, and the only breakpoint is attack IV >= 11 for Raikou. (>=13 for lv41 Raikou)Breakpoint for Fire PunchI used pokemons from pvpoke ML 'meta'.​Groudon Fire Punch Breakpoint table41 lv (40lv Groudon) means damage of Fire Punch of 40lv Groudon against 41 lv Pokemon which is written in 2nd column. It depends on Groudon's attack IV, and so there're 10-15 in the 2nd row. Additionally, in master league normally there are 4 combinations, 40lv Groudon to 40lv opponents, 40lv to 41lv, 41lv to 40lv, and 41lv to 41lv. 40lv to 40lv and 41lv to 41lv are same because level factors (CPM) are cancelled. So I listed three cases, each cases branching out difference between Groudon's attack IV. I assumed perfect (defense) IV for opposing Pokemons.Pokemons in bold font means Fire Punch is better than Earthquake for them.I didn't bother with Earthquake breakpoints.
