"A guide to Event Pokémon and time limits"

Hi Trainers!"Can I catch Shaymin after the 27th?", "Can I get this event multiple times?" or similar questions appeared a lot lately, so I decided to make a quick guide on possible time restrictions for events.General rule: if a time frame is given, this is only to download the event, not to redeem it ingame.Event Pokemon that rely on a save state of a different game (like Arceus, Mew,..) are NOT time limited unless explictily stated otherwise! You can get them whenever you want. You can restart the game as much as you want, you will receive them again even in 10 years!Mystery Gifts with time limits need to be downloaded within that given time frame. However, it doesn't matter when you actually redeem it ingame. You could download it now and still redeem it ingame in 5 years. All events are one per save. If you delete the save you can get it again. For timed events: be careful as deleting your save will also delete the mystery gift and you'll have to download it again if still available. If the event is over you can't claim it ingame even if you've donwloaded it before on the old save. This has been the case since event Pokemon exist.Let me know if I'm wrong or if soemthing should be added. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/Vra05Xu
