"Pokemon wold has an unusually high crime rate and far too my crisis'"

Has anyone else noticed that the pokemon world has a high criminal population and a lot of natural disasters. For example kanto team rocket and a volcano that wipes out a whole city. And team rocket are really low their compared to the other teams. For example magma wants to basically want to extend the land and dry up the oceans ecological terrorism.
