"Is anyone unable to find Pokémon anymore?"

#PokemonGO: I've been playing since day one from Australia. All up I'm still level 25 with less than half my pokedex filled up. Since the release of gen 2 my area has slowly spawned less and less Pokémon until now I need to walk for hour to find even a Rattata (most common Pokémon before update).
