"Anyone else feel like they really dropped down the spawn rates of the rarer gen 1 Pokemon a couple days ago?"

#PokemonGO: So Pokemon like Chansey, Lapras and Dratini were spawning much more frequently for the first week of the event but now I've gone 3-4 days without seeing a Dratini or Chansey and I've seen 1 Lapras raid.Anyone feel like the spawn rates have been drastically dropped or even dropped back to normal or am I just unlucky? I was on track to getting 2 Dragonites during this event but I miiiight get 1 decent one at this point. I wanted to get one for my girlfriend who can't play as much.Note: I'm not living near SM Pier or Central Park or any huge city/park for that matter so Dratini are *extremely* rare here.
