"Should Events Start "Local Time" instead of 1PM PDT?"

#PokemonGO: As I was playing today looking for last chance shiny Latios, my friend and I were talking about event start and finish times and the new local time start to community days. With Niantic now implementing CD as based off your time zone, wouldn't it make sense to start doing this with events and legendary raids? With them having the ability to start community days at a specific time in any region, this should become the new normal for events and legendary raids. Your news notification would say this:EX: Easter Event beginning April 16th at 1PM local time, ending April 23rd at 10PM local time(using the Shuckle spawn end time as an example).Legendary Raids: Starting April 15th at 1PM Local Time, Latios will Spawn during a special Raid Week until Monday April 22nd at 7PM Local Time.As we saw with Shuckle spawns starting at 6:00am local time, Niantic has the power to start events/spawns/eggs whenever they want. So hopefully this becomes the new normal for all events, not just community days. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://bit.ly/2XBqREC
