"Odds of Riolu, Gible, Shieldon, Cranidos?"

#PokemonGO: Are people still hatching these pokemon from eggs? I don't have a ton of time to play, but I probably hatch about 3-5 10km eggs per week, and I still haven't caught a single one. I'm also hatching 7km eggs in hopes of getting a Riolu, but that might be dampening my chances overall.Any suggestions on how to get the four pokemon mentioned above the quickest?
