"The challenging Tier 3 Raid Bosses that we need"

#PokemonGO: After Alakazam was removed from the pool of Tier 3 Raid Bosses, I feel that something is missing: a tough Tier 3 raid for us dedicated players who aren't necessarily always using their raid pass on Legendaries but who like a solo challenge for which to invest stardust and buddy candy.Alakazam was perfect, in that:It had a high enough Defense (194) to be tight in time to win. Not like Gengar which could be easily defeated in comfortable time by using 6 glass cannons and then rejoining.It also had a high Attack (271) that made survivability a real issue, making dodging skills actually useful, unlike Ninetales which was just a boring tap fest in the race against the clock.Finally, it had a variety of movesets, from the easiest ones (PC/FB and PC/FS) potentially accessible to level-30 players without many legendaries or pseudo-legendaries, to the hardest ones (Co/FB and Co/SB) only doable with great attackers, good dodging skills and a lot of stardust.Now here are my candidates as an Alakazam replacement. I filtered the Pokémon list to select only those with >185 Base Defense, >210 Base Attack and no double weakness, excluding legendaries (Tier 5 minimum) and pseudo-legendaries (Tier 4 minimum).Raid Boss CandidateBase AttackBase DefenseCommentAlakazam271194The ideal raid boss!Kingler240214Quite tough.
