"Quests, stacks, storage space irony (and spoilers for Meltan quest)"

#PokemonGO: Here be spoilers....I was going to title this mixed messages, but that assumes some intent (which is actually the opposite of what was probably at the root of this.)Having an abundance of tasks in later quests to catch spawns that are readily available during the “let’s go” event (wild or field research rewards) is just begging us to use the reward stack to save these catches for later. But it’s pretty clear that Niantic doesn’t want us to think of this as a feature. So... ok let’s clear our stack first so it’s not too big and we aren’t abusing this... wait I’m out of storage (waiting for release of more storage)So, I guess I’m forced to use the stack, but how big is my current stack? I have no clue since some just go there straight away when I claim a reward encounter and my storage was full. How many will it take to clear before I get to these aerodactyls and scythers? Or worse, when are they going to start dropping off when the stack exceeds the max?Points I am attempting to raise: What is Niantics official stance on the stack? If it’s abuse, then why give us these tasks that beg us to use it? (We assume the event is temporary and to get to these later stages may take some time). And if it is a feature, please show us a count of how many are in the stack so we can know if we are in danger of losing encounters. (And please please please release storage space increase) via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2FyvNX0
