"Shiny Tier Rarity Chart - except this time the results are updated live (August 1, 2019)"

#PokemonGO: It's been a very busy week for me, but I've finally managed to complete this new chart.​There were 3,498 responses when I made the first chart in June, which currently has 4,731 responses (1,200+ change!).I hope this new chart pushes the current survey, thanks to u/Blackcat008, from 1,147 responses to somewhere near 3,000+.​It isn't updated for Ralts, Bonsly, Poliwag, or other newer shiny. Also, I have no control over what goes in these surveys. Therefore, I can't split shiny by gender or add a shiny to the survey. This Google Sheet merely pulls data directly from the descriptive results link data.​Please share and contribute, while taking these charted results with a grain of salt.
